Ozier brings a wealth of experience in operating both publishing and record label businesses to ole. At ole Ozier will manage the rapid growth and expansion ole is experiencing and lead the company's mandate of being a leader in the Creative area on Music Row.

Ozier has had significant creative successes include placing songs recorded by Tim McGraw, Rodney Atkins, Clay Walker, Lee Brice, Ronnie Dunn, Jo Dee Messina, LeAnn Rimes and many more. In 2010, Ozier was responsible for 4 songs in the top 15 on the country Billboard charts; including the longest running single, "Love Like Crazy", at 56 weeks, and more recently Rodney Atkins' 2 week #1 record, "Take A Back Road," and Lee Brice's #1 record, "A Woman Like You."

He is also a published songwriter with cuts by Lee Brice, Charlie Worsham, Air Supply and others. He co-wrote Lee Brice's multi-week #1 single, "Hard to Love," which is approaching Platinum sales status.
