Los Angeles: ole is pleased to announce that beginning April 6th Qiana Conley, formerly of Notting Hill Music Group, will be joining the ole Creative team in LA as Creative Director West Coast.
Conley brings with her a wealth of experience gained in her most recent position as Director of Creative, A&R/Television and Film at Notting Hill Music Group, PLC and prior to that in A&R and Promotions with Sony Music, Epic Records Group.
Conley says she's excited about joining ole. "I'm really thrilled to be joining ole and championing such a talented roster of international songwriters and artists. I believe in the values and visions of this company and am impressed by the pioneering efforts ole has taken in defining today's successful independent publisher."
She adds, "I'm looking forward to adding to this success by bringing my relationships, expertise and knowledge in the US marketplace in the Pop/Urban/Rock genres with Record Labels, Artist Management, Publishing, and Multi-Media Licensing to deliver opportunities and results for our songwriters and copyrights."
As a seasoned professional in the LA music publishing scene Conley's impressive track record indicates that she knows how to spot and develop strong talent and get songs placed. She also brings a great deal of experience in the area of marketing and promotion and event planning.
ole's Chief Creative Office Gilles Godard believes Conley will make a significant addition to the Creative team in LA.
