The 26th SOCAN Awards were held in Toronto on June 22, as the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada honored the year’s top achievers. ole was well represented, taking home two trophies.

The ole co-owned catalog Cookie Jar/DHX took part in the win for “Domestic Television Music Award: Animated Programming – ‘Johnny Test’.”

Meanwhile, the SOCAN Country Music Award went to “Got A Feeling,” performed by Tim Hicks featuring Blackjack Billy. ole/Roots Three legacy songwriter, Jeff Coplan, was a co-writer on the song, collaborating with Tim Hicks and Noll Billings.
