TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 29, 2010) - ole, one of the world's largest independent music publishers, has concluded a multi-year North American sub-publishing deal with Netherlands-based, international media and entertainment company, Strengholt Music Group.
Founded in 1928 as a publisher of books and magazines, Strengholt BV transformed over the years into an international media and entertainment company. Strengholt's core areas of business include: utilization of music rights; national and international administration of copyrights; publication and distribution of (sheet) music domestically and internationally; production, distribution and marketing of image and sound carriers; publication of books, magazines and specials; and the development and realization of content and media projects.

Notable copyrights in this deal include: "Right Now, Nanana," the first single from Akon's third studio album Freedom released in September 2008, which charted worldwide. International dance hits such as 1990's "The Launch" by Dutch disc jockey DJ Jean; "Sunshine" by Dance Nation, released in 2001; and "On The Move" by Barthezz, which was the summer-anthem around the globe in 2001. "Raver" by famous hardstyle act Showtek released in 2008 - the track was also featured in the motion picture Bruno. "Forever's End," written by Carl Utbult and Randy Goodrum and performed by recording artist Jason Crabb - the track is included in the self-titled debut album Jason Crabb, which in 2009 won the GRAMMY Award for Best Southern/Country/Bluegrass Gospel Album.
